TUCSON, Ariz. (October 31, 2023) – Sundt Construction recently added Project Executive Bob Dickey to its Industrial Group to support Sundt’s mining projects.
“Bob brings over 30 years of invaluable experience and expertise to Sundt,” said Senior Vice President and District Manager Clint Sundt. “With his knowledge of the mining industry, he will provide leadership and support to our mining projects and clients.”
Dickey’s specialties span the design, construction, commission, operation, maintenance and operation strategies of base metals and mining. Dickey has managed high-value mining projects across Arizona, Colorado, Nevada and Utah as well as abroad in the Dominic Republic and Armenia. He has experience as a chief operating officer, processing manager, general manager and superintendent. Dickey’s background also includes experience in the US Army Special Forces.
Sundt opened its Tucson office in 1929. In the decades since, it has built notable landmarks across the Old Pueblo. The contractor recently completed the renovation and expansion of The University of Arizona’s Chemistry Building and is working on La Posada at Pusch Ridge in Oro Valley. The company continually ranks in the top five of ENR Southwest’s Top Contractors.
