TEMPE, Arizona (June 7, 2017) – Attorney Matthew B. Meaker recently joined Sundt Construction, Inc. as senior corporate counsel after more than 13 years in private practice representing general contractors and subcontractors.
Meaker joins the general contractor’s in-house legal team headed by Senior Vice President and General Counsel Ronald Stuff.
Meaker chairs the State Bar of Arizona Construction Law Section, serves on the board of directors of the Construction Financial Management Association (Valley of the Sun Chapter) and, in 2015, was a “Top 20 Under 40” honoree by Engineering News-Record Southwest.
During his career, Meaker has been active in a number of community groups, including the Arizona Builder’s Alliance Legal Council; the board of directors of the Maricopa County Bar Association; as Legal Counsel for the American Subcontractors Association of Arizona and as report chair numerous times with Arizona Town Hall, a nonpartisan think tank.
Meaker earned his undergraduate and his juris doctor degree from the University of Arizona.
