TEMPE, Ariz. (June 13, 2018) – Sundt Construction, Inc., was re-accredited as a CEO Cancer Gold Standard™ employer for 2018. This accreditation is given by the CEO Roundtable on Cancer, a nonprofit organization of leading CEOs.
Sundt continues to show its commitment to reducing cancer risk by promoting healthy lifestyle choices, encouraging early detection through cancer screenings and ensuring access to quality treatment for its employees and covered family members. Sundt first received the designation in 2011. At the time, the company was the first construction company in the United States to achieve the accreditation.
“At Sundt we want all our employee-owners and their families to be healthy,” Sundt’s Corporate Director of Human Resources Nicole Calamaio said. “The re-accreditation and our annual biometric testing are reflective of our ongoing commitment to preventing cancer and other chronic health conditions for our employee-owners and their families.”
To earn the CEO Cancer Gold Standard™ accreditation a company must establish programs to reduce cancer risk by promoting a healthy lifestyle.
