EL PASO, Texas (August 27, 2024) – Sundt Construction recently promoted Brian Smith to project executive and Jeff Danaher to project manager.
“Brian and Jeff are two highly qualified individuals who will bring leadership skills and industry expertise to their new roles,” said Sundt Area Manager Mark Soyster.
Smith joined Sundt’s El Paso region nine years ago, supporting large transportation projects. In his new role, he will manage and coordinate Sundt’s projects in West Texas. Smith graduated with his degree in civil engineering from Texas Tech and started his career at the Texas Department of Transportation. Prior to joining Sundt, he worked for a Texas-based contractor in San Antonio, Texas for 10 years.
Danaher earned his Bachelor of Science in construction management from Eastern Michigan University and has held a variety of roles over the course of his career. In Danaher’s new role, he will coordinate construction activities for the I-10 Widening Project in El Paso. Prior to joining Sundt, he worked for a Nebraska-based contractor in the DFW and El Paso area for 9 years.
