San Diego, Calif. (July 15, 2024) – Sundt Construction recently promoted Dylan Rogers and Chris Sullivan to project directors.
“Dylan and Chris have consistently demonstrated qualities of leadership, integrity and willingness to tackle challenges head-on when they arise,” said Senior Vice President and California District leader Ryan Nessen. “We are thrilled to see their efforts rewarded as they advance to the next step of their careers.”
Rogers, based in Sacramento, joined Sundt after graduating from Penn State with a degree in business administration and management. In his 24 years in the industry, he’s held the roles of field engineer, project engineer, superintendent, project manager, and estimator. He’s worked on projects for many notable clients in California including the San Diego Regional Airport Authority, California State University and the Judicial Council of California. He managed preconstruction efforts for a new student housing project and the Jenkins Hall Renovation, both on the Cal Poly Humboldt campus.
Sullivan, based in San Diego, has been with Sundt for six years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental design from San Diego State University, a Master’s in Architecture from New School of Architecture and Design and a Juris Doctorate from University of San Diego School of Law. He’s served a vital role in many of Sundt’s impactful projects in Southern California for clients like San Diego State University (SDSU), and the Los Angeles Department of Public Works.
Sundt has over 70 years of diverse project work throughout California, and has offices in Sacramento, Irvine and San Diego. Sundt is currently building the new San Diego State University Imperial Valley Sciences and Engineering Laboratories in Brawley, California and the Cal Poly Humboldt Student Housing Project. The firm is also working on multiple school projects for the San Diego Unified School District.
