SAN DIEGO, Calif. (Aug. 26, 2016) – Sundt Construction Inc. (www.sundt.com) was recently named one of the Best Places to Work in San Diego by the San Diego Business Journal. The recognition placed Sundt 16th among large companies (250 to 1,999 employees) in the competition and represents the general contractor’s eighth year on the publication’s list.

To qualify for the award, companies across San Diego County completed a survey detailing their policies, practices, benefits and demographics. The second part of the competition featured an employee engagement and satisfaction survey, which included a set of 78 in-depth statements that employees were asked to respond to on a 1- 5 scale of “Strongly Disagree” to “Strongly Agree.” The section also included two open-ended and seven demographic questions.
