SAN ANTONIO (February 19, 2020) – Sundt Construction, Inc. added Edson Salazar as assistant project manager to its San Antonio office.
“Edson is a great addition to our growing staff in San Antonio,” said Todd Calder, Vice President and San Antonio Regional Director. “The skillset he brings will be a huge benefit to every project team he’s a part of.”
Salazar brings experience as a project engineer, assistant superintendent, and virtual design engineer to his new role as assistant project manager. He has previously managed building information modeling (BIM) coordination, BIM project closeout delivery and overall project closeout for his previous company. Salazar received his bachelor’s degree in construction science and management from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He also holds certifications in Synchro 4D scheduling and Revit architecture essentials.
In Texas, Sundt has 50 years and nearly $3 billion of project experience, with offices in San Antonio, Fort Worth, Irving and El Paso. The company is currently busy in the downtown San Antonio area working on the San Pedro Creek Improvements, Canopy by Hilton Downtown San Antonio and the CPS Energy Headquarters renovations.
