IRVINE, Calif. (May 5, 2022) – Sundt Construction recently added Nick Orman to its Orange County office. Orman will serve as a project engineer on the CSU Fullerton student housing project.
“We are extremely pleased to welcome Nick to the team,” said Nick Aguilar, Sundt’s project manager on the CSU Fullerton project. “He is highly skilled and we are excited to see his future at Sundt unfold.”
Orman joins Sundt with three years of experience as a project engineer since graduating from Chico State in 2019, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in construction management. He joins the team at CSU Fullerton, which is constructing a $106 million, 182,000-square-foot housing complex. It will house 600 sophomore and junior students in a six-story building. The ground-floor amenity spaces include a student lounge, multi-purpose room, mailroom, laundry room and a series of residence life offices, workspaces and meeting rooms.
Sundt has over 70 years of diverse project experience throughout California. The company has offices in San Diego, Irvine and Sacramento. In addition to the student housing complex at CSU Fullerton, Sundt is working on its third project, a language arts complex at Golden West College in Huntington Beach, Calif.
