TEMPE (July 20, 2017) – Lou Mantrom has joined Sundt Construction as its craft recruiter for industrial projects.
Mantrom has been in HR and recruiting for the construction industry for 17 years. He is also an Army veteran and former Army recruiter.
Familiar with moving around from his years in the military, Mantrom has worked from coast-to-coast, including Alabama, California, Kentucky, Illinois, North Carolina, Texas and numerous other states.
“With his many years of recruiting experience and his knowledge of the craft workforce’s needs, Lou is a great asset to our team and will help us grow our workforce,” said Ken Dean, Operations Manager for Sundt’s Industrial Group.
“The challenge to find craft workers can be met by employers that will keep them working, treat them with dignity and respect and show appreciation for their efforts and sacrifices,” Mantrom said.
