PHOENIX (July 1, 2021) – Sundt Construction, Inc., has hired Marissa Anderson as a college recruiting specialist.
Anderson will travel across the United States to over 25 universities and colleges to recruit prospective interns and full-time employees in her new role.
“We are excited to welcome Marissa to Sundt,” said Jon-Paul Jaramillo, Sundt Talent Acquisition Manager. “Her enthusiasm and passion for the construction industry will help her excel in her new role.”
In addition to traveling to career fairs and other recruiting events, Anderson will also assist Sundt’s Concrete division with its participation at the annual Associated Schools of Construction (ASC) student competition in Reno, Nev.
Anderson brings a background in customer relations to her new position. In her most recent role as a product specialist, she provided customer service and business support, including identifying opportunities, recording activities, and updating customer databases. This past spring, Anderson earned her bachelor’s degree in business management from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix.
