DALLAS (March 4, 2022) – The Sundt Foundation awarded $8,600 to four nonprofits across the Metroplex during its current giving round. The Beacon Hill Preparatory Institute, 
Christian Community Storehouse of Keller, Dental Health Arlington and Primos Dallas each received grants for $2,150.
“By giving to these organizations we are more connected to our community,” said Barbara Terry, the Sundt Foundation’s North Texas region board member. “These connections have a continued impact for growth and opportunity for all those involved.”
Beacon Hill Preparatory Institute will use its grant to tutor over 1,100 students this year.
Christian Community Storehouse of Keller provides snack packs to children on Fridays, to help them get through the weekend without being hungry.
Dental Health Arlington will use its grant to fund its Sealing Molars Improves the Lives of Every Student (SMILE) program.
Primos Dallas pairs young Latino students with Latino professionals to foster an authentic family-like relationship.
The Sundt Foundation awards quarterly grants to local North Texas-area charities that support disadvantaged children and families. Nonprofits are selected through an application process and reviewed by a committee of local Sundt employee-owners.
