Charlotte, N.C. (September 8, 2023) – The Sundt Foundation recently awarded $10,000 in grants to two North Carolina charities. B Helpful Love, Inc and Anonymous Crime Reporting, Inc each received a $5,000 grant.
“We’re so grateful for the generosity of our employee-owners,” said Andre Castaneda, the Sundt Foundation’s Charlotte region board member. “Their contributions help fund great organizations like these, ensuring support for seniors and the safety of our community.”
B Helpful Love, Inc. works with senior citizens and less fortunate individuals to provide them with resources that will help them maintain their quality of life, sustain their independence and inspire possibilities.
Anonymous Crime Reporting, Inc., based in Raleigh, helps raise awareness and offers resources to victims of police brutality and others who may be struggling with fear of law enforcement, known as capiophobia. Through Anonymous Crime Reporting Inc., people dealing with capiophobia can learn how to anonymously report crime when they feel unsafe.
The Sundt Foundation awards quarterly grants to area charities that support disadvantaged adults and children. Nonprofits are selected through an application and review process led by a committee of local Sundt employee-owners.
