DUBLIN, Calif. (October 19, 2020) – Sundt Construction, Inc. recently completed Avesta Residences at Dublin. The design-build project includes a four-story building that sits on a one-acre site in downtown Dublin, California.
“We’re happy to be handing over another successful project to our client,” said Mike Mielcarek, Project Executive for Sundt’s Building Group, California District. “Together with Avesta and LPAS Architecture + Design, we created an environment that will provide comfort, well-being and community for senior residents.”
The 67,000-square-foot steel-frame facility has a total of 80 assisted-living and memory care residential units. The building features an outdoor plaza at the entrance and patios on the second and third floors.
