Sundt Completes Sunnyvale Hilton Garden Inn

SUNNYVALE, Calif. (November 25, 2019) – Sundt Construction, Inc. recently completed the Sunnyvale Hilton Garden Inn, located at 767 N. Mathilda Ave.hilton garden inn in sunnyvale california

“We are very proud of this project and how our team was committed to a safe and timely execution of this hotel, located in the heart of Silicon Valley,” said Jim Larrieu, Vice President and Sacramento Regional Director for Sundt’s Building Group.  “We were able to build the property that will equip guests with the amenities and workspace close to technology companies like Google, Apple and Facebook.”

Sundt served as the Construction Manager at Risk for the $47.2 million hotel project. The six-story, full-service hotel includes 238 guestrooms and provides a mixed-occupancy space with meeting rooms, bars and luxury lounges, a full-service kitchen, dining areas, outdoor patio spaces, a pool and a fitness center. The project has a goal of LEED Gold® certification.

Architectural Dimensions is the architect of record for the project, which broke ground in 2017.  The hotel will begin accepting guests in October. OTO Development will operate the facility.
