Dallas, Texas (Dec. 19, 2023) – Tom LeBeau recently joined Sundt Construction as a project executive focused on transit and rail. Based in Dallas, LeBeau will lead transit and rail projects from pursuit through delivery and manage client relationships.
“We are pleased to have Tom on our team,” said Joe Dooley, Sundt senior vice president and Texas regional manager. “His extensive experience and relationships in the industry expand our capabilities nationally.”
LeBeau joins Sundt from WSP USA, where he was the senior vice president for transit and rail in the Texas and Southeast region. Prior to WSP, LeBeau was the major program director for DART, overseeing the Silver Line Commuter Rail. Other positions include vice president of rail development for the Denton County Transportation Authority and director of construction for the Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation.
LeBeau is a board member of the Transit Coalition of North Texas and an active member of the American Public Transportation Association. He is also a U.S. Navy veteran.
Sundt has 50 years and $3 billion of project experience in Texas. Sundt is currently working on the 183 North Mobility Project and Dam 101 for the Upper Brushy Creek Water Control and Improvement District in the Austin area. Sundt has offices in El Paso, Dallas and San Antonio.
