Sundt Adds New Project Director for Building Group In Tempe

TEMPE, Ariz. (June 29, 2018) – Ben Perrone has joined Sundt Construction, Inc. as a project director for the company’s Building Group, Southwest District.BenPerrone

In his new role, Perrone will guide a process that strategically blends design and construction, enabling collaborations between project partners to build environments where clients, employee-owners and communities prosper.

“As the rate of change outside our walls, in the design build and development of real estate increases, true design integration is more important for the success of our clients and communities,” Sundt’s Senior Vice President and Southwest District Manager Ryan Abbott said. “Ben is here to enable our team to make better decisions earlier in the process, to holistically blend design ideas with the construction supply chain. Our common imperative is to take fantastic design and deliver it in a long-lasting, sustainable way.”

In his prior positions, Perrone has played a key role leading award-winning project teams, designing a variety of private and public buildings with firms in Boulder, Colo., Chicago and Phoenix. He has demonstrated a rigorous attitude towards design, innovative building technologies and high-quality solutions using utmost efficiency in his prior projects. He offered leadership in providing exceptional service and outstanding management of project assembly with a cooperative, pragmatic approach.

Perrone holds a master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Arizona.
