PHOENIX (November 23, 2021) – Sundt Construction, Inc., hired Dan Bowerman and Don Pavoggi as Preconstruction project managers and Anthony DeVito and Shane Eberspacher as senior estimators in its Transportation Group.
“Dan, Anthony, Shane and Don are tremendous assets to our preconstruction and estimating teams,” said Mike James, Sundt’s Preconstruction Manager for its Transportation Group. “They each bring excellent heavy civil and highway construction experience that will help contribute to the team’s successful work.”
A construction industry veteran, Bowerman has worked in the field for over 20 years. He has managed an estimating team for projects between $1 million and $600 million in his past positions. He earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Arizona.
Pavoggi brings over 35 years of experience in the preconstruction and construction phases of heavy civil projects. His work has resulted in the successful execution of infrastructure projects worth over $2 billion. He holds a bachelor’s degree in construction and engineering from Arizona State University.
DeVito has worked in the construction industry for 15 years in various roles, including lead estimator for several projects across the Southwest, including leading estimating for the underground utilities on a project valued at over $600 million. He holds a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering from Western Michigan University.
Eberspacher joins Sundt after serving as a senior estimator for the past 10 years with another contractor. His project experience focusing on paving and earthwork ranges from $3 million to over $1 billion. He
holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
