This CMAR project in Texas upgraded an existing 64 MGD plant with an additional 8 MGD. The project included an expansion to an existing facility that included two primary clarifiers, a primary sludge pumping station, two BNR basins, one blower building, two secondary clarifiers, one secondary sludge pump station, four filters, three ultraviolet disinfection basins, chemical feed facility additions, odor control, 60” plant outfall line, solids handling facility and yard piping, electrical, and instrumentation.

During this project, Sundt self-performed 35% of the work, including civil/yard pipe, concrete, steel/misc. metals, process equipment and process pipe.
