Why did you choose to work in the construction industry?

I come from a long line of builders as a fourth-generation construction professional. Growing up immersed in the industry from an early age, I developed a passion for construction that has helped shape where I am today.

We love supporting our kids in their athletic endeavors. Our family travels across the country to cheer on our two sons as they compete in college wrestling, while also supporting our two daughters who play basketball at the high school and junior high levels.

What is your favorite place in the world?
