GOOD WORK. GOOD PEOPLE.
The success of our business comes down to keeping promises. And the promises made to our clients rest on the shoulders of our skilled tradesmen and tradeswomen.
That’s why Sundt is employee-owned by all of our people, not just some. Because our only investors are the people who come to work every day, our decisions are never about quick returns. Instead, we focus on building long-term prosperity for our clients, communities and employee-owners.
On a Sundt jobsite, we build with purpose. We have each other’s backs. We take our work seriously, but we know how to have a good time. And we love to build. If that’s the kind of company you want to work for, let’s talk.
“Kick-ass people building cool shit (KAPBCS) is more than a tagline on our trucks and hard hats. It’s who we are. We take pride in our work, and we never back down from a challenge.”
– Mike Hoover, President and CEO
