For the second consecutive year, Sundt has earned a Candidate Experience (CandE) Award, given by the Talent Board to companies that leave positive impressions on candidates during the recruiting phase. More than 200 companies registered to participate in the North American CandE Awards program, which collected the thoughts and experiences of more than 180,000 job candidates.
Winners were identified based on their job candidates’ satisfaction survey scores. The most vital questions focused specifically on the likelihood that the candidate would reapply to the organization, whether the candidates would refer other job seekers to the organization and the candidates’ overall ranking of their experience.
Talent Board is a non-profit organization focused on the elevation and promotion of a quality candidate experience. The organization, CandE Awards program and its sponsors are dedicated to recognizing the candidate experience offered by companies throughout the recruitment cycle.
“We’re honored to be recognized for the second consecutive year by the Talent Board as a leader in talent acquisition and the candidate experience,” said Director of Administrative Workforce Development Trevor Gelder. “Each time we have an opportunity to engage with a candidate, we take personal responsibility to ensure it’s a memorable experience and it’s refreshing to know these efforts are appreciated by those interested in working at Sundt.”
Other awardees include American Airlines, AT&T, Delta Air Lines, Johnson & Johnson, Kimberly-Clark Corporation, Lockheed Martin Corporation, Southwest Airlines, Verizon and Volkswagen Group of America. We are one of only two general contractors on the list.
We will receive the award at the North American CandEs Symposium and Awards Gala on Oct. 2 in Nashville.
