Vancouver, Wash. (March 3, 2025) – Sundt Construction recently added Scott Bingham as project director for its Transportation Group in the Northwest. Bingham will lead alternative delivery pursuits across the region.

With an extensive background in the transmission and distribution (T&D) electrical industry, Bingham brings a wealth of experience in project management and strategic business development. He will play a key role collaborating with local clients, engineering firms and industry partners.
Before joining Sundt, Bingham held various roles in the T&D electrical industry, including director of project management. His expertise spans large-scale, high-profile projects, including the Harry Allen-El Dorado 500kV Transmission Line Project valued at $80 million and the $100 million Transmission Resiliency Single Award Task Order Contract.
Bingham has a bachelor’s degree in construction management technology from Weber State University, as well as a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Bingham is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Project Management Institute – Portland Chapter, Associated General Contractors, Washington chapter and the American Public Works Association.
