Sundt Hires Field Engineer in Portland

PORTLAND, Ore. (October 12, 2022) – Sundt Construction’s Transportation Group recently added Johana Jimenez to its Northwest team.

“We are thrilled to have Johana join our team,” said Ken Kubacki, Northwest area manager for Sundt’s Transportation Group. “We look forward to seeing her succeed and further develop her skills.”

Earlier this year, Jimenez graduated with a bachelor’s degree in construction management. Throughout her educational career, she was active in construction, holding a position as office manager for a local contractor. She was also the president of her University’s National Association of Women in Construction chapter.

Sundt has been building critical infrastructure across the Western United States for 132 years. In 2016, the company completed the award-winning Sellwood Bridge in Portland and was recently awarded the Interstate-5 Rose Quarter improvement project in northeast Portland.
