TEMPE, Ariz. (June 20, 2014) – Sundt Construction, Inc. has broken ground on Ocotillo Village Health Club & Spa in Chandler, Arizona.
One of four Village Health Clubs & Spas owned by DMB Associates, the Ocotillo location at Alma School and Ocotillo roads will feature an outdoor aquatic center, tennis, squash and racquetball complex; gymnasium; group fitness and hot yoga studio; plus full fitness, cardio and spa areas. A recent groundbreaking celebration included representatives from DMB Associates, Sundt and the Ocotillo home owners association. The $15 million, 82,000-square-foot facility is scheduled to open in April 2015.
